Abbas to discuss Israel-Palestinian peace with Bush (Reuters)

Reuters - Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said on Sunday he would consult President George W. Bush this week on ways to advance peace talks so that a deal with Israel can be reached by the end of the year.

Even the used car payments, and the liability insurance premiums, are likely to be less than the newer car's full insurance protection. Besides, your family will get an extra car too. Just do not let the student driver use the newer car.
